Terms of service
Last updated: August 24, 2026 · Version 1.0
Scope
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by FastFlow. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please stop using it.
Use of the FastFlow application itself is governed by a separate subscription agreement between FastFlow and the subscribing business. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the subscription agreement governs the software.
Using this site
You may browse this site and share links to it. You may not interfere with its operation, probe it for vulnerabilities, access it by automated means at a rate that degrades it for other people, or misrepresent who you are when submitting a form.
We may limit or refuse access to anyone who does these things, and we rate-limit form submissions to keep the site usable for everyone else.
Content and marks
The FastFlow name, logo, product screenshots and the text and design of this site are owned by FastFlow and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short extracts with attribution; you may not copy the site wholesale, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Third-party names mentioned here belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or ordinary industry practice. Their mention implies no endorsement, affiliation or partnership in either direction.
Product descriptions
We aim to describe FastFlow accurately, including what it does not do. Capabilities change as the software develops, and screenshots show the product at the time they were captured.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contractual commitment, and no statement here should be read as a promise that a particular feature will exist, continue to exist, or behave in a particular way. What we are obliged to provide is set out in the subscription agreement.
Links to other sites
This site may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Disclaimers
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, insurance or business advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastFlow and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or connected with your use of this website — whether the claim is framed in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and even if we were advised that such damages were possible.
Our total liability arising out of or connected with this website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limits above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FastFlow is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Before starting proceedings, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most disputes are settled faster that way than by either side’s lawyers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force and the unenforceable provision is applied to the greatest extent the law allows.
