Plans designed around your operation
We quote accurately rather than publishing a number that turns out to be wrong for your shop. Fifteen minutes on a call gets you a real figure, and a straight answer if FastFlow is not the right fit.
What pricing depends on
The four things that move the number
Nothing is metered per vehicle, per work order or per estimate — so a busy month never arrives with a bigger bill. These are the only four variables.
How many people need access
A three-person shop and a twenty-person operation are different products in practice. A technician who only opens their assigned jobs is not the same as an estimator living in the estimate and finance screens all day.
How many locations
One shop, or several locations under one organization — each with its own separated data, and staff who move between them.
How much you message
Your FastFlow subscription covers the inbox, the templates and the merge variables. The text messages themselves run through your own Twilio account, billed to you by Twilio at their rates — FastFlow adds no markup, and shows the cost of every message.
Which modules you actually use
Some shops need hail matrices and insurance evidence. Others need fleet billing and statements. Very few need all of it on day one, and pricing reflects what you actually switch on.
Included
There is no cut-down tier
FastFlow is one product. Pricing scales with the size of the operation — not by holding back the double-entry ledger, the portals or the analytics until you upgrade.
- Every feature listed on the features page
- Unlimited work orders, estimates and vehicles
- Customer, insurance and fleet portals
- Shop-floor and lobby TV boards
- The full double-entry finance module
- Analytics computed live from your data
What is not in the FastFlow subscription
Some capabilities connect to accounts you hold yourself: your Twilio number for texting, your Facebook Page and Instagram account, your e-signature provider, your AI provider. You pay those providers directly at their published rates, with no FastFlow markup — and the per-message cost is visible inside FastFlow so the bill is never a surprise.
