Who we are
This website is operated by FastFlow. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean FastFlow, and “FastFlow” means the software we make.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this marketing website only — the pages you are reading now and the forms on them.
It does not cover information handled inside the FastFlow application by a repair shop using it. There, the shop decides what is collected about its own customers and vehicles, and we process that information on the shop’s instructions under our subscription agreement with them. If your vehicle was repaired by a shop that runs FastFlow and you have a question about your own data, that shop is the right place to ask.
Information you give us
When you submit a demo request or a contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, business type, number of locations, approximate monthly vehicle volume, the software you currently use, and your message.
We also record which page the form was submitted from and any campaign parameters carried in the link you arrived through, so we know which part of the site prompted you to get in touch.
We use this to reply to you and to follow up about FastFlow. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, request time, pages requested, browser and device type — which are used to serve the site, keep it available and investigate abuse.
This build of the site loads:
- Vercel Web Analytics, which measures aggregate traffic without cookies
- Google Tag Manager, which may load further measurement tags
Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Any cookies present come from the measurement services listed above, and only those that use them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site continues to work without them.
Why we are allowed to use it
Where the GDPR, the LGPD or a similar law applies, we rely on your consent when you choose to submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving a business website and in responding to enquiries about our product. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your details.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that make this site work, and only so far as they need it to do so:
- our hosting and content delivery provider, which serves these pages;
- the notification service that alerts our team when a form is submitted, so an enquiry is not missed;
- the measurement services listed above, where enabled.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. We do not otherwise pass your details to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymized — unless you have become a customer, in which case the retention terms of our subscription agreement apply instead. Server logs are kept for a short period on our provider’s standard schedule.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted to our systems over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we limit what we collect here to what we actually need in order to reply to you, which is the most effective protection available.
Where your information is processed
Our providers may process and store information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms — such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses — to protect information that leaves its country of origin.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a portable format, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent you previously gave.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights come from the GDPR, and you may also complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in Brazil, they come from the LGPD. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information is collected and to have it deleted, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights — note that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.
To exercise any of these, use the contact form. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
Children
FastFlow is business software. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will make that clear rather than relying on the date alone.
